While the front desk was checking us in for the two rooms the other agent gave one of our rooms away to someone that was just checking in. None of them could understand that this is not the way to address reservations.Īfter three hours we were told they had our two double rooms ready. Front desk Supervisor and manager keep telling us there doing the best they can. We would have to keep getting in line and hope there were rooms ready. In the mean time dozens of guest were given rooms. Said we would have to get back in line and try again. They would not text or email us when our rooms were ready. Instead of giving us the next available double rooms we were again told to check back in a half hour. We had reservations for two double rooms. So we tried an hour later waited 20 minutes in line only to be told rooms were not ready. We waited in line to check in only to be told to try back in an hour. They don't know the first thing about running a hotel or what customer service is all about. Deck clerks Supervisor and manager are totally clueless. We had reservations for One night on Octocheck-in was supposed to be 3pm. This is by far the worst hotel any of us have ever stayed in.
