After a few months of calling and sending messages to anyone I could think of including management I still could not get an answere on my host.
My problem is not the hotel or staff they are great but the establishment and casino. I went for the weekend and still had no host but enjoyed my stay. After weeks of calling I finally found out she was gone and that I did not have a host at that time. I had a room and tickets booked for the Monkees reunion tour and tried to call my host to ask about a few things and no responce. My problem is this: I had a host for the last several years that stayed in touch with me about promotions and helped with reservations and special request, she was wonderful. With the addition of the VIP lounge and Oyster bar dinner and drinks were great. The service and staff at the hotel has always been outstanding. I have been a regular and faithful visitor at the Hard Rock Casino Biloxi for 5 years and had gained Double Platinum status.
